- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During new product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
